Refund and Returns Policy

This Policy describes how Wrexalonthik.world approaches refunds, replacements, and statutory withdrawal for MovoDaily orders placed online. Consumer rights under Norwegian law and the EU consumer directives remain unaffected where they apply.

1. Customer care channel

Email talk@wrexalonthik.world or write to Torgallmenningen 8, 5014 Bergen, Norway. Include order number, delivery postcode, and a short description of the issue. Attach photos for damaged parcels so we can file carrier claims swiftly.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal (distance sales)

Consumers who buy online usually have fourteen days after receiving physical goods to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise the right, send a clear statement before the deadline. You must return goods without undue delay and within fourteen days of notifying us unless we offer collection.

Food supplements with protective seals may lose withdrawal eligibility once the seal is broken, where hygiene or health protection exceptions under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU apply as implemented nationally. If uncertain, contact us before opening.

3. Defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods

If capsules arrive crushed, bottles leak, labels are illegible contrary to specification, or contents differ from what you ordered, notify us within a reasonable inspection period. We will, at your choice where legally required, repair, replace, reduce price, or terminate the contract with refund including proportionate delivery costs you paid.

4. Condition expected on return

Returned items should include accessories, inserts, and outer sleeve when those formed part of the offer. Reasonable handling consistent with inspecting the product in a shop is permitted; damage beyond that may lead to a deduction from refund.

5. Personalized or final sale items

Batch-specific promotional bundles or monogrammed packaging, if offered, may be excluded from withdrawal when clearly stated pre-checkout.

6. Refund mechanics and timing

Approved refunds use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise. We issue within fourteen days of receiving the goods or evidence of return dispatch, whichever is earlier. Banks may need additional days to post credits.

7. Return shipping costs

Unless we supply a prepaid label due to our error, you bear direct return logistics costs unless mandatory law shifts that burden—as with defective goods where we must reimburse reasonable postage.

8. Business purchasers

B2B transactions follow written quotes, purchase orders, and mutually agreed Incoterms. Withdrawal rights for consumers do not apply to companies acting in trade unless a separate commercial return policy is negotiated.

9. Chargebacks and payment disputes

We cooperate with card networks. Initiating a chargeback without first seeking resolution may delay investigations; please use our email channel so we can correct mistakes quickly.

10. Version control

We file Policy revisions internally with timestamps. Your on-screen reference date updates whenever you refresh the page; binding terms for an order are those published at checkout completion.
