1. Parties and incorporation by reference

“We”, “us”, and “our” refer to the trading entity identified in the footer. “You” refers to the site visitor or buyer. The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy are incorporated by reference where they apply to the same facts.

2. Nature of services and products

We operate a commercial website offering MovoDaily capsules for personal use where law permits export. Product pages are invitations to treat; we may reject orders for stock, compliance, or fraud concerns. Nothing on the site is medical advice.

3. Accounts, credentials, and communications

If we offer accounts, you must provide accurate registration data and safeguard passwords. Electronic notices to your registered email satisfy writing requirements where local law allows, including order confirmations and policy updates that affect ongoing subscriptions.

4. Ordering, pricing, and availability

Prices include VAT where stated. Currency conversion displayed for convenience is indicative only; settlement occurs in the currency shown at checkout. We may correct obvious misprints before shipping and will refund prepayments if you do not accept corrected terms.

5. Payment and fraud screening

Card payments are processed by regulated payment institutions. We may delay shipment until auth clears. Suspicious transactions may be cancelled to protect cardholders, subject to explanation where required by card network rules.

6. Shipping, title, and risk

Risk passes according to the Incoterm or carrier contract stated at purchase completion when you are a business buyer. Consumers receive statutory protections notwithstanding commercial shorthand on the packing slip.

7. Legal conformity and food information

Food supplements are regulated under food law, not as medicinal products. Labels follow applicable EU and Norwegian requirements at the time of packaging. If competent authorities request withdrawal or relabeling, affected batches follow documented procedures.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, domain names, product photography commissioned by us, copy, layout, and software remain our property or that of licensors. You receive no license beyond browsing and ordering for personal use.

9. Acceptable use

You may not probe vulnerabilities, scrape inventory repeatedly without authorization, impersonate other customers, or use bots that degrade service quality. Scraping for machine learning training without contract is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, consequential, and punitive damages arising from site unavailability or supplement use. Mandatory consumer guarantees in your country are unaffected. Our aggregate liability for direct proven losses arising out of a twelve-month period caps at the amount you paid us in that period unless a mandatory statute imposes a lower ceiling.

11. Governing law and venues

Consumers benefit from mandatory rules of their habitual residence. For non-consumer disputes where freely negotiable, the laws of Norway govern substantive issues and Bergen courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless another forum is mandatory.

12. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including shortages of transport capacity, pandemic measures, sanctions, or utility outages, provided the affected party notifies promptly.

13. Severability and assignment

If a clause is invalid, remaining provisions stay in force. We may assign contracts to corporate affiliates or purchasers of assets; you may not assign without consent.

14. Truthful advertising and price presentation

We aim to follow the Norwegian Marketing Control Act (markedsføringsloven), applicable EEA consumer standards, and advertising platform rules (including Google Ads destination requirements). MovoDaily is described only as a food supplement. We do not claim that it diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease. Prices on static pages are indicative unless an order summary or checkout shows a binding total; taxes and shipping are shown before you pay. We avoid misleading reference pricing (for example a permanent fictitious “was” price). Any quote or star graphic labelled as an example is not presented as a verified customer survey.

Landing pages used after paid ads reflect the same product category and offer as the ad. Contact us with the campaign or ad group name if you need documentation for compliance review.
